Description
of programme "Rights and redress" | The general objective referred to in Article 2 of Regulation (EU) No 254/2014 shall be pursued through specific objective Rights and redress: to develop and reinforce consumer rights in particular through smart regulatory action and improving access to simple, efficient, expedient and low-cost redress including alternative dispute resolution. This objective will be measured in particular through the recourse to alternative dispute resolution to solve cross- border disputes and through the activity of a Union-wide online dispute resolution system, and by the percentage of consumers taking action in response to a problem encountered. |

Description of call "Access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms for consumers" | This
call aims to support consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) by co-financing projects that aim to increase ADR effectiveness.
Proposals need to address one of the following priorities:
