Description of call "EIC Horizon Prize for 'Early Warning for Epidemics'" | The challenge is to develop a scalable, reliable and cost-effective early
warning system prototype to forecast and monitor vector-borne diseases in order to contribute to the prevention of outbreaks
mitigating their impact on local, regional and global scales and providing support to existing elimination efforts. Projects are expected to provide a demonstration of the prototype at local level, considering the relevant societal factors of the chosen area. |

Applicant details | The contest is open to all legal entities (including natural persons) or groups of legal entities regardless
of its place of establishment. Please note however that legal persons established in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or the city of Sevastopol are not eligible to participate in any capacity. Entities from non-EU Member States that are covered by Council sanctions are also not eligible to participate. |
