Description of programme
"Connecting Europe Facility"
The CEF shall enable projects of common interest to be prepared and implemented within the framework of the transeuropean networks policy in the sectors of transport, telecommunications and energy. In particular, the CEF shall support the implementation of those projects of common interest which aim at the development and construction of new infrastructures and services, or at the upgrading of existing infrastructures and services, in the three sectors.

In the telecommunications sector, the CEF shall support actions that pursue the objectives specified in a Regulation on guidelines for trans-European networks in the area of telecommunications infrastructure.

Description of call
"European Platform for Digital Skills and Jobs "
The objective of this call is to support the design and delivery of Master programmes specialised in digital domains to be disseminated via the Digital Skills and Jobs Core Service Platform. These programmes will target advanced digital skills development to address the lack of highly specialised digital skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Proposals must address only one of the following objectives:
Objective 1: Design and deliver a Master4 programme of 60, 90 or 120 ECTS5 credits in Artificial Intelligence;
Objective 2: Design and deliver a Master programme of 60, 90 or 120 ECTS credits focusing on the use of Artificial intelligence in a specific sector.

Project Partner Details Consortium requirement:
Objective 1:
  • At least three Master degree-awarding Universities from three different Member States and/or EEA countries participating in the CEF Telecom programme;
  • At least two Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs);
  • At least one excellence/research centre with focus on Artificial Intelligence.
Objective 2:
  • At least three Master degree-awarding Universities14 from three different Member States and/or EEA countries participating in the CEF Telecom programme;
  • At least one excellence/research centre with focus on Artificial Intelligence.
