|Description of programme |
"ROP Baden-Württemberg ESF"
The Operational Programme (OP) for Baden-Württemberg
aims at getting as many people into work as possible, including the long-term unemployed and those who have been
inactive for some time. Measures are also planned to boost education and address poverty and social exclusion.
Baden-Württemberg has identified a future lack of skilled labour and growing skill mismatches as challenges
to be addressed in order to maintain the region’s strong economic performance. The OP is designed to create the opportunities
to meet these challenges.
