Description of call
"Financial contributions for joint actions with bodies constituting the European Consumer Centres Network – ECC Net "
The European financial contribution will cover the activities and actions of one centre per country in 2018 focusing on cross-border issues, i.e.: promotional activities; direct provision of information; assisting consumers with a complaint or with a dispute; promotion of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and other redress mechanisms; networking and feedback; collaboration with traders and enforcement authorities; promotion of equal quality of services. Additional coordination or capacity building activities carried out by centres that wish to do so for the benefit of the entire network will be considered as creating an EU dimension added value that justify a higher co-financing rate.
