Further info | In case of Framework Partnership Agreements signed after 1 January 2014, the Agreements in question shall enter into force on the date of receipt by the Commission of one original signed by the Humanitarian Organisation. It shall remain valid until 31 December 2018, unless the Parties decide otherwise. |

Financial details | Once the partnership agreement is signed, partners can submit project proposals in response to the published Humanitarian Implementing Plans (HIPs) approved by DG ECHO on a yearly basis. |
Submission | Applications for the signature of the FPA must be made online through the electronic exchange system APPEL. |
