The Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Programme’s overall objective is to cooperate beyond borders in central Europe to make cities and regions better places to live and work. The Programme focuses specifically on innovation, low-carbon economy, environment, culture and transport. The programme will build regional capacities following an integrated bottom-up approach involving and coordinating relevant actors from all governance levels. In order to achieve these objectives, the Programme is divided into the following Priority Axes (PA):

Type of Funding | Grant |
Financial details | The budget allocated to the third call for proposals is of around 60
million € of the ERDF. It is recommended that projects should have a total budget in the range of 1 to 5 million €. In exceptional cases, smaller or larger projects can be supported. The following co-financing rates shall apply:
