Description
of programme "Interreg Slovenia – Austria" | An analysis of the border region Slovenia-Austria showed specific needs in the fields of research, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), environment, resource efficiency and public administration. Common challenges and intervention needs shared by regions in the programme area are taken into account in order to contribute better to social, economic and territorial cohesion. In order to achieve this objective, the Programme focuses on the following Priority Axes (PA):

Project Partner Details | The minimum requirement is to have at least one project partner from Slovenia and one from Austria or an EGTC (European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation) registrated in one of the participating countries, consisting of members from both Member States. All partners must have legal, financial and operational capacity to participate in the programme. |
