"IPA II - Bosnia and Herzegovina"

The Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II) is the main financial instrument to provide EU support to the beneficiaries in implementing reforms with a view to EU membership. The IPA II Indicative Strategy Paper for Bosnia and Herzegovina (2018-2020) focuses on funding the Civil Society Facility, the Regional Housing Programme and the Special Measure in support to Bosnia and Herzegovina in managing the migration flows. Furthermore, the Programme also focuses on supporting the following sectors:

  • Environment, climate action and energy
  • Agriculture and rural development
