"Creative Europe"

Creative Europe's stated aims are to help the cultural and creative sectors seize the opportunities of the digital age and globalisation, enable the sectors to reach their economic potential, contributing to sustainable growth, jobs, and social cohesion, and to give Europe's culture and media sectors access to new international opportunities, markets, and audiences.
This will, amongst others, involve funding for:

  • artists and cultural professionals
  • cinemas
  • films
  • book translations

Description of programme
"Culture"
Under the Culture sub-programme, opportunities exist for:
  • Cooperation between cultural and creative organisations from different countries;
  • Initiatives to translate and promote literary works across the European Union;
  • Networks helping the cultural and creative sector to operate competitively and transnationally;
  • Establishing platforms to promote emerging artists and stimulating European programming for cultural and artistic works.

"Mobility scheme for artists and/or cultural professionals"
The proposals for this call should cover the following three specific objectives:
  1. Communication and dissemination of the funding opportunities for the mobility of artists and/or cultural professionals;
  2. Implementation of funding opportunities for the mobility of artists and/or cultural professionals;
  3. Analysis and Recommendations on the funding opportunities for the mobility of artists and/or cultural professionals.

Eligible applicants Education and Training Centres, Federal State / Region / City / Municipality / Local Authority, Research Institution, Lobby Group / Professional Association / Trade Union, International Organization, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, SMEs (between 10 and 249 employees), Microenterprises (fewer than 10 employees), NGO / NPO, Public Services, National Government, Start Up Company, University, Enterprise (more than 250 employees or not defined), Association
Applicant details
Natural persons as well as entities without legal personality are not eligible.
In order to be eligible, applicants must provide evidence of:
– experience of minimum 5 years within the creative and cultural sectors;
– experience in organizing mobility activities for artists and/or cultural professionals
– experience in managing at least 2 high-level projects over the last 5 years,
– ability to communicate fluently in at least two EU languages including English (C1 level).

Project Partner Details In order to be eligible, a proposal must be submitted by a consortium composed of at least 3 legal entities
