Description of programme
"Erasmus+"
The European Union's Erasmus+ programme is a funding scheme to support activities in the fields of Education, Training, Youth and Sport. The Programme is made up of three so-called "Key Actions" and two additional actions. They are managed partly at the national level by National Agencies and partly at the European level by the EACEA. Erasmus+ provides grants for activities in the fields of education, training, youth and sport. It offers opportunities for both individuals and organisations.

Description of programme
"Key Action 3 – Support for policy reform"

Key Action 3 provides grants for a wide variety of actions aimed at stimulating innovative policy development, policy dialogue and implementation, and the exchange of knowledge in the fields of education, training and youth. The majority of them are managed by the EACEA. Most of the actions under KA3 are managed outside the annual general call for proposals. This Subprogramme focuses on the following topics:

  • Initiatives for policy innovation
  • European policy experimentations
  • Civil Society Cooperation
  • Studies and surveys
  • European policy tools
  • Cooperation with international organisations
  • Stakeholder dialogue, policy and programme promotion

Description of call
"Networks and partnerships of Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers"
The aim of this call is to support projects for the creation of transnational and national networks and partnerships of VET providers in initial and continuing VET with a view to supporting policy reflection at a European level, as well as promoting awareness and implementation of European VET policies at national and regional levels. The overall objective of the call is to invite the submission of proposals for bottom up partnerships which should encourage the creation of transnational and national VET providers' networks and partnerships to work together at national and European level.
Proposals should be submitted under one of the following two Lots:
  • Lot 1: National, regional or sectoral VET provider organisations
  • Lot 2: European umbrella VET provider organisations

Project Partner Details
  • Lot 1: The partnership shall include at least two national, regional or sectoral networks or associations of VET providers, from at least two different Erasmus+ Programme countries (at least one of which must be a Member State of the European Union).
  • Lot 2: The partnership shall include at least two European umbrella organisations of VET providers, each of them having members or affiliates in at least five Erasmus+ Programme countries (at least one of which must be a Member State of the European Union).
