In the telecommunications sector, the CEF shall support actions that pursue the objectives specified in a Regulation on guidelines for trans-European networks in the area of telecommunications infrastructure.

Description of call
"CEF- Online Dispute Resolution"
The aim of this call is to support the facilitation of handling consumer disputes submitted to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform by using automated transmission based on the CEF eDelivery building block.
The interoperability between the ODR platform and the applicant’s case management/complaints management software requires both deployment of eDelivery Access point (AP) and upgrade of the applicant’s software in full consistency with the CEF eDelivery standards and the ODR platform’s rules. Proposals should address at least one of the following objectives:
  1. Deployment of eDelivery Access Point(s) (AP)
  2. Upgrade of the case management/complaints management software in order to support the CEF eDelivery standards
