Part of the ISF Police fund is managed by the Commission (direct and indirect management) through Union Actions, which include Calls for Proposals, Procurement, Direct Awards and Delegation Agreements.

Description of call
"Projects on corruption"
The overall objective of the Call for Proposals is to develop tools for the fight against corruption. Proposals must address at least one of the following priorities:
1. Preventing corruption in high risk sectors, including by promoting tools for risk assessment and risk management and tools for civil oversight and investigative journalism and for assisting whistle-blowers with technical and legal aid;
2. Assessing the impact of implemented anti-corruption measures;
3. Enhancing the effectiveness of corruption prosecution, particularly as regards complex cross-border cases;
4. Implementing best practices across the EU.
