Description of call "Restricted Call for strategic Project Proposals" | The Interreg
V-A Romania-Hungary Programme offers a wide range of financing opportunities, which will be granted directly to cross border
projects, with the aim to facilitate the harmonious, cooperation-based integrated development of the border region, making
it a more competitive and attractive area for living, business and tourism. The Investment priority opened within this Call is 9/a (within Priority axis 4: Improving health-care services): Investing in health and social infrastructure which contributes to national, regional and local development, reducing inequalities in terms of health status, promoting social inclusion through improved access to social, cultural and recreational services and transition from institutional to community-based services |

Applicant details | It is mandatory for the Lead Applicant to be a public body! All projects must have at least one Project Applicant on the other side of the border, which must fulfil the same eligibility criteria. The maximum number of Project Applicants in one project is 8. |

Project Partner Details | In specific cases and based on sound justification, in addition
to the Lead Applicant and Project Partners, Associated Partners can also be involved to support the implementation of the
project, if their experience or field of competence constitutes an important input of added value for the project. The maximum number of Associated Partners in one project is 4 (2 in Romania and 2 in Hungary). Associated Partners shall not receive financing and will not bear direct responsibility for the preparation and management of the project activities, but may contribute to its professional implementation. |

the Guide for Applicants. During the application phase, the Programme will assist the applicants through its Joint Secretariat (JS). Applicants can raise questions regarding the rules of this Call, towards the JS, up to 21 working days before the deadline of the Call, to the following e-mail address: joint.secretariat@brecoradea.ro. Final answers will be released (published) not later than 11 working days before the submission deadline. |

Financial details | The amount of funding available for this Restricted
Call for Proposals is 40.945 Mio. € (ERDF), increased with the relevant Romanian and Hungarian state co-financing. Co-financing rates are up to 98% of the total eligible costs for Romanian partners and up to 95% in some cases even 100%, for Hungarian applicants, totalling both the ERDF and state co-financing. |
Submission | Applications
must be submitted online, via eMS system (http://ems-rohu.mdrap.ro/app/main?execution=e1s1), starting with 21.06.2017, 8.00
a.m. until 20.09.2017, 16:00 p.m. (EET). Info days will be organized both in Romania and Hungary and the venue of the events will be publish on the Programme’s website in due time. |
