"ROP Övre Norrland"
The overall aim of this Regional Operational Programme is to invest in regional growth and employment in Övre Norrland. In order to achieve this objective, the Programme is divided into the following priority areas:
  • PA1 - Strengthening research, technological development and innovation
  • PA2 - Enhancing access to, and use and quality of, information and communication technologies
  • PA3 - Enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs
  • PA4 - Supporting the shift towards a low-carbon economy in all sectors
  • PA5 - Promoting sustainable transport and removing bottlenecks in key network infrastructures
