Description of call "TWINNING II - Enhancing the cooperation between Railway Stakeholders for improving safety culture" | The call has the aim of supporting a twinning programme for management staff of rail stakeholders with safety responsibility in order to share knowledge and best practice across railways and in this way support new approaches to safety management. The action should result in a shared understanding of what are the possible opportunities, benefits but also blockers to a more mature and just safety culture. It shall also prepare grounds for implementation and for occurrence reporting. |
