Description of programme "Rights, Equality and Citizenship" | The general objective of the Programme shall be to contribute, in accordance with Article 4 of the Treaty on the EU (TEU), to the further development of an area where equality and the rights of persons as enshrined in the TEU, in the Treaty of the Functioning of the EU (TFEU), in the Charter of fundamental rights of the EU and in the international human rights conventions to which the Union has acceded, are promoted, protected and effectively implemented. Description of call "Support training activities on the data protection reform" | In line with the Political guidelines of the Juncker Commission, the
Data Protection Reform is one of the constituent elements of a Connected Digital Single Market and an Area of Justice and
Fundamental rights based on Mutual Trust. This call for proposals will support training projects geared primarily at the data
protection supervisory authorities as well as other public authorities, legal professions such as members of the judiciary
and lawyers and data protection officers in the EU and EEA which contribute to an effective implementation, the monitoring
and the application of the Data Protection Reform. The call will fund training activities:
