"Administrative Capacity Romania"

Investments will address the persistent shortcomings in Romania's public administration and improve the functioning of the judiciary through support to structural reforms. This Programme further aims to increase the responsiveness of Romania's public administration and judicial system to the needs of economy and society. In order to achieve these objectives, the Programme focuses on the following Priority Axes (PA):

  • PA1 - Public administration and efficient judicial system
  • PA2 - Public administration and accessible and transparent judiciary system
