"Cohesion Policy Funds Estonia"
This National Operational Programme aims to boost smart, sustainable and inclusive growth and to achieve economic, social and territorial cohesion in Estonia. In order to achieve these objectives, the Programme focuses on the following Priority Axes (PA):
  • PA1 - Qualifications and skills meeting the needs of society and the labour market
  • PA2 - Increasing social inclusion
  • PA3 - Improvement of access to, and prevention of dropping out of, the labour market
  • PA4 - Growth-capable entrepreneurship and RD&I supporting it
  • PA5 - Development of SMEs and regional entrepreneurship
  • PA6 - Energy efficiency
  • PA7 - Water protection
  • PA8 - Green infrastructure and improved preparedness for emergencies
  • PA9 - Sustainable urban development
  • PA10 - Sustainable transport
  • PA11 - Infrastructure for ICT services
  • PA12 - Administrative capacity
