"ENI CBC Estonia – Russia"
Three strategic objectives have been established in order to cooperate efficiently for a positive development of the Programme area:
A - Promote economic and social development in regions on both sides of the common borders
B - Address common challenges in environment, public health, safety and security
C - Promotion of better conditions and modalities for mobility of persons, goods and capital
The following thematic objectives (TO) will support the strategic objectives:
TO1 - Business and SME development
TO10 - Promotion of border management and border security, mobility and migration management
TO6 - Environmental protection, climate change mitigation and adaptation

Eligible applicants Federal State / Region / City / Municipality / Local Authority, National Government, NGO / NPO, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, SMEs (between 10 and 249 employees), Education and Training Centres, University, Research Institution, Public Services
Applicant details Lead beneficiaries and beneficiaries have to be legally registered within the Programme area.
The region of Põhja-Eesti can only participate as an adjoining region under TO1, TO6 and TO10.
SMEs cann only participate within TO1.
