Description of programme
"ENI CBC Lithuania – Russia"
The ENI CBC Lithuania Russia focuses on 4 Thematic Objectives (TO) which address best the biggest challenges of the programme area.
  1. Promotion of local culture and preservation of historical heritage
  2. Promotion of social inclusion and fight against poverty
  3. Support to local and regional good governance
  4. Promotion of border management and border security, mobility and migration management
For each of these TOs the Programme has established a specific priority.
  • TO1: Restoration and adaptation of historical and natural heritage, promotion of culture, cultural networking and tourism development
  • TO2: Promotion of social inclusion and cooperation in CBC region through improved health, social and education services and community led initiatives
  • TO3: Promotion of cooperation between public authority institutions and strengthening local communities
  • TO4: Ensuring efficient functioning of border crossing
An important element in addressing the objectives of this Programme will be the promotion of local cross-border people-to-people cooperation actions.

Project Partner Details Projects need at least 1 organisation from the Lithuanian Programme area and 1 organisation from the Russian Programme area.
Applicant details In order to be eligible, Lead Beneficiaries shall be established at least 3 years before the launch of the respective Call. Beneficiaries shall be established at least 1 year before the launch of the respective Call.

TO1: 6.9 million €
TO2: 4.9 million €
TO3: 5.4 million €
