"IPA CBC Italy – Albania – Montenegro"
The overall objective of the Programme is to enhance strategic cross-border co-operation for a smart and a more sustainable development of the Programme area, mainly across the maritime border. In order to achieve this objective, the Programme focuses on the following Priority Axes (PA):
  • PA1 - Strengthening the cross-border cooperation and competitiveness of SMEs
  • PA2 - Smart management of natural and cultural heritage for the exploitation of cross border sustainable tourism and territorial attractiveness.
  • PA3 - Environment protection, risk management and low carbon strategy
  • PA4 - Increasing cross border accessibility, promoting sustainable transport service and facilities and improving public infrastructures
