"PO SEUR - Operational Programme for Sustainability and Efficient Use of Resources - Portugal"
PO SEUR wishes to specifically contribute to the sustainable growth priority, addressing the transitional challenges to a low carbon economy based on a more efficient use of resources and on the promotion of greater resilience to climate risks and catastrophes. The strategy foreseen for the programme refers a multidimensional perspective of sustainability based on three strategic pillars which are the root of the 3 Programme Investment Axes:
  • Axis I - Support the transition to a low carbon economy in all sectors;
  • Axis II - Promote climate change adaptation and risk prevention and management;
  • Axis III - Protect the environment and promote resource use efficiency.
