Description of programme
"ROP Eastern Macedonia-Thrace"
The overall objective of this Regional Operational Programme is to boost economic development and to create job opportunities in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace. Furthermore, it aims to support SMEs in becoming more competitive and innovation-driven. Lastly, the Programme also seeks to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to promote waste and water waste management and energy efficiency. In order to achieve these objectives, the Programme is divided into the following Priority Axes (PA):
  • PA1 - Improving the competitiveness of the local economy
  • PA2 - Improving the attractiveness of the region as a place of business and individuals
  • PA3 - Human resources and social cohesion - ERDF
  • PA4 - Human resources and social cohesion - ESF
