Description of programme
"ROP Peloponnesus"
The overall objective of this Regional Operational Programme is to boost economic development and to create employment in Peloponnesus. Furthermore, it seeks to support SMEs in order to increase their competitiveness and to become more innovation-driven. Lastly, it also aims to improve waste water treatment and solid waste recycling while increasing energy efficiency. In order to achieve these objectives, the Programme focuses on the following Priority Axes (PA):
  • PA1 - Enhancing the competitiveness, attractiveness and outward orientation of the industry (especially SMEs), transition to quality entrepreneurship with cutting edge innovation and increasing regional added value
  • PA2A - Development and utilization of human resources - Active social inclusion
  • PA2B - Infrastructure for the support of human resources
  • PA3 - Protection of the environment - transition to an environmentally friendly economy
  • PA4 - Development - modernization - complementing infrastructure for economic and social development
