Description of programme
"Rural Development Lithuania"
This Rural Development Programme aims to support small and medium-sized farms in their economic performance, to contribute to the preservation of biodiversity, to improve the management of soil, to promote organic farming, to create new jobs and, finally, to contribute to the development of rural areas and businesses in Lithuania. In order to achieve these objectives, the Programme is divided into the following Priority Axes (PA):
  • PA1 - Knowledge transfer and innovation
  • PA2 - Competitiveness
  • PA3 - Food chain
  • PA4 - Ecosystems management
  • PA5 - Resource efficiency and climate
  • PA6 - Social inclusion and local development
