"Sustainable growth and jobs Finland"
This National Operational Programme focuses on boosting SME competitiveness and employment as well as on promoting a low-carbon economy in Finland. In order to achieve these objectives, the Programme focuses on the following Priority Axes (PA):
  • PA1 - Supporting SMEs
  • PA2 - Producing and using the latest information and knowledge
  • PA3 - Employment and labour mobility
  • PA4 - Education, skills and lifelong learning
  • PA5 - Social inclusion and combating poverty
