Applicant details | In order to be eligible for a grant, the Applicant and the Co-applicants must
be: a) legal persons; applications from natural persons are not eligible; b) a public body, a non-profit-making private entity or an international organisation. An international organisation can only be a Co-applicant; c) established in a Member State of the European Union participating in the ISF Police instrument. International organisations may be established outside of the EU Member States participating in the ISF Police instrument. In duly justified cases where their participation is necessary to achieve the objectives of the project, the Co-applicants may also be established in a third country. |

Financial details | Total budget: 2 million €. In order to be eligible for a grant, applications must be seeking EU co-funding equal to or more than 200 000 €. Funding rate: max. 75 % of the total eligible expenditure. The contribution from the Union budget may be increased to max. 90 % under specific actions or strategic priorities as defined in the Specific Regulations, and in exceptional duly justified circumstances, for example when, due to economic pressure on the national budget, projects would otherwise not be implemented and the objectives of the national programme would not be achieved. |
