Description of call "European incubation network(s) for creativity-driven innovation" | The action aims to support the creation of trans-national network(s)
of business incubators and accelerators with a focus on providing business support to SMEs and start-ups in the fashion and
the tourism sectors integrating creativity, art and design skills from CCIs (Cultural and Creative Industries) with cutting-edge
technology, science and other relevant expertise. The Call is targeting at two distinctive sectors FashionTech and Tourism. For that purpose, Topic 1 (FashionTech) is to support trans-national network(s) of business incubators and accelerators providing business support to SMEs and start-ups focussing on the intersection of Fashion and technology. The other topic 2 (Tourism) is to support trans-national network(s) of business incubators and accelerators providing business support to SMEs and start-ups operating in the tourism sector focussing on CCIs driven innovation. |

Project Partner Details | Proposals must be presented by consortia forming trans-national network(s) of business incubators, accelerators
and business support organisations providing business support to SMEs and start-ups. Consortia must be composed of at least four legal entities from at least three different EU Member States and/or COSME participating countries, as listed under section 6.1 |

Further info | Applications for projects scheduled to run for a shorter or longer period than that specified in this call for proposals will not be accepted. |
Financial details | The total budget earmarked for the co-financing of projects is estimated at 2.6 Mio. € split as following: Lot 1: 1.6 Mio. €. Lot 2: 1 Mio. €. The maximum grant per project will be 1.6 Mio. € per project for Lot 1, and 1 Mio. € for Lot. 2 The grant is limited to a maximum reimbursement rate of 75% of eligible costs. |
Submission | Applicants are requested to go to http://ec.europa.eu/easme/en/cosme-eu-programme-competitiveness-enterprises-and-small-and-medium-sized-enterprises-smes
and follow the procedure for submitting an application. No modification to the application is allowed once the deadline for submission has elapsed. However, if there is a need to clarify certain aspects or for the correction of clerical mistakes, the EASME may contact the applicant for this purpose during the evaluation process. Applicants will be informed in writing about the results of the selection process. |
