Applicant details | The coordinator of the application must be a higher education institution (HEI), established in an eligible country, which designs and runs master programmes. The coordinator submits the proposal on behalf of the partners. The coordinator ensures that the action is implemented by all the partners as planned. |

Project Partner Details | Applicants shall form a consortium of at least one higher education institution (lead applicant)
and two partner organisations from three different eligible countries and consist of a lead applicant and partners. One partner must be a cultural or audio-visual operator active in the cultural and creative sectors as defined in article 2 of the Regulation N° 1295/2013 establishing the Creative Europe Programme. |
