Description of call "Development and manufacturing of innovative tooling for composite parts" | This topic aims to design and manufacture the tooling necessary for the manufacturing of a leading edge, including HLFC system for a WING structure. The technology of the manufacturing will be RTM. Therefore, the Applicant would manufacture the RTM tool and any other tooling needed in the process, both for manufacturing and validating purposes. The related elementary parts will be assembled in a TRL4 level of maturity prototype for a Wind Test panel. The topic will also deal with manufacturing of the trailing edge in Additive Layer Manufacturing for integration on the hybrid laminar wing demonstrator. |
