of this ERDF Regional Operational Programme is to support innovation and technological development in East Middle Sweden,
in order to increase SME competitiveness. Furthermore, it aims to raise energy efficiency standards and to promote sustainable
use of energy. In order to achieve these goals, the Programme focuses on the following Priority Axes (PA):
